Friendship Flight 2025
After successfully accomplishing a solo Earthrounder mission flight in 2021, Aero Zypangu and Shinji are now embarking on a new mission to once again take to the skies of Japan with his mentor, Adrian Eichhorn: "Fly Blue Horizons", in 2025. It marks the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II. Shinji and Adrian will head for Japan together to symbolize the friendship between Japan and the United States.
EARTHROUNDER MISSION HAS BEEN ACCOMPOLISHED.
A one-eyed pilot, Shinji Maeda, completed his mission to fly around the world to inspire more people to pursue their dreams. There is nothing impossible - He delivered this message to people worldwide and showed how to change the "impossible" to "I'm possible."
"If I can do it,
you can do it too"
At the age of 18, Shinji lost his right eyesight in a car accident, crushing his dream of becoming a pilot in Japan due to legal constraints. Undeterred by the tragedy, he defied the odds and achieved his goal and became a pilot in the U.S. Today, as a flight instructor, he shares his love for flying with his students, sending an inspirational message that has touched the lives of thousands in both the U.S. and Japan.
